Shipping policy
Please allow 3 to 5 days to be processed for shipping. Since we sell fragile items, we make sure to carefully wrap your order so nothing bad happens to your package during their travels. Only 2/3 of us are together right now and have the inventory so please take that into consideration. You will receive an e-mail as soon as your package is on his way to you.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries right now: United-States, Canada, Mexico, All of Europe, all of Asia, Australia and New-Zealand.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), whichare incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cryztal is not responsible for these chargesif they are appliedand are your responsability as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 ours for the tracking information to become available.
Our current carriers don't allow us to ship to P.O. boxes.
Due to the current situation with the global pandemic still going, we are currently not able to tell you precise delivery expectations, but we hope your package will find its way to you in less than three weeks.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at cryztal.studio@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best towork towards a satisfactory solution.
